† What Brand Is This? †

I came across this logo and I've no idea what does the logo means. A company? A brand? Or something else? I've been trying to search the internet for its official website and the only official website I've manage to search is www.vlasnyk.com. Its not really useful though because the whole website is in foreign language. Humph...
Initially when I first saw this photo, I thought its a new fashion brand and thats why I went for a more detailed search for this brand. But as I look through the official website, it gave me an impression that its a business company.
